For the first time, during this event we will offer the Basic training on the Grief template, Grief Bible Study, and Advanced Grief & Loss Training in Teen Grief Interactive; Divorce; and Infertility Discipleship processes.

What is Grief Training?

Maneuvering Through the Un-Chartered Waters of Grief© is a Holy Spirit inspired one to one discipleship process (SM)designed to empower a Christian facilitator to effectively interact with Christians who have lost a loved one. A facilitator guides a participant through the grief discipleship process (SM) in a one-day facilitation or five consecutive one-hour sessions. In each section of the grief process the participant will examine a scripture related to grief, discover the Scripture’s relevance to their personal grief event and realize the ways God brings hope and healing in this season of their life.

PREREQUISITES

The Grief Template used is unique in that it has been formulated as a computer template or hardcopy text, utilized as a one to one discipleship process (SM) similar to Life Plan Facilitations by Life Purpose Coaches®. If you are: a) a licensed counselor; b) a Stephen Minister; c) licensed clergy; or d) have taken coaches training basics from Life Purpose Coaching Centers International® or another reputable group, you do not have to take any other classes as a pre-requisite. However, we still highly recommend anyone desiring to go through this training to have completed Basic Level Coaches Training so they know about coaching best practices with computer templates in general even if they have taken another coaching curriculum.
